Dinner last night
As you can see, I was really hungry for cheese. Eggs were just a convenient vehicle.
Related topic: Why is so hard to get good sharp cheddar cheese in this city? I feel like every Canadian grocery store has its own store-packaged "old fort" cheddar. Here it's all Monterey Jack with pimentos and fake gouda.

We woke up all excited to have a special eggs breakfast, only to discover we had just one egg.
Then we thought--pancakes! But discovered we had no butter.
So steel-cut oats it was, with toppings.
