Sidewalk baked goods



Doesn't it look like someone sneaked one out that corner??

    OMG ! They're from "pain quotidien", a Belgian store chain. Didn't know there was one in NYC.
    They must have adapted to local tastes. I'm pretty sure they don't do muffins in the Brussels shops :-)

    There are a bunch of them here--the baked goods are pretty tempting, especially the macaroons. But they are all GIANT; I bet they are smaller in Belgium.
