Getting dressed

AWWWW yeah.

Found six bucks in my jeans.

Hey little dude

You look worried!

Can't say I blame you.

James Farm

They're the best . . . from the nest!

Yep, you don't want to be hanging around a bunch of chickens without a hat, gloves, and proper footwear. (It also helps if you're drunk.)

I found this talisman on our front door this morning.

It's--a garland of fetal skulls!

New thing

It's going to be a baby blanket.

(UPDATE: finished!)

Backpack kitty is gone!

But say hi to this fellow:

(He's bashful.)

An acorn!!

This is going straight out the kitchen window.

I reheated 8-hour-old coffee instead of making a fresh pot because:

a) I'm thrify.

b) I'm lazy.

c) All of the above.

This guy agrees.

The best thing about making them is:

This is where I am storing my winter nut supply.

(I just chuck them out the kitchen window.)

Canadian Thanksgiving

Combined with sister's birthday!

Heirloom taters = pink!

Can't you see that these random discarded sidewalk boxes are already full?

You'll have to find somewhere else for your garbage.

The best yard sale purchase ever made!

Pencil pals!!

One dollar for five pals is a good deal.

Yankee apples

You can't make this stuff up.

Wireless mouse

It may fall into the trash can.

This awesome book I remember from when I was a kid!

It's about an orphaned Inuit girl who runs away from home and has to live in the wilderness. She runs out of food and tries desperately to befriend a pack of wolves. Pretty good story, and also excellent details of Inuit wilderness survival!

Yay for books that cost a dollar!! Although sadly it fell apart as I read it, a problem with paperbacks from that era. (I bought at at the Center for Fiction bookstore, which I just discovered ... all books $1 to $4. And they have an ebook library!!)

In my bike basket:

Cleosin solution #1 bottle; apply to back.

Thank you Tim. But how did you know about my back "situation"?

I just noticed the gown I found has a year on the tassel!

People hold on to stuff for a long time.

I mean—102 years?? C'mon.

Your bum

It's what's for dinner.

Hello kitty

Good-bye kitty.

A fragment of the past.

I estimate that this has been buried since 1988.
