According to the New York Times, Greenpoint is the fifth most "livable" neighborhood in New York!
Who knew?
In the article someone describes the area as “Not the most aesthetically pleasing. There are nice bars and restaurants, but it’s kind of dirty.”
Um . . . that pretty much describes my life!?
