The coolest thing
Greg and I were walking home from his studio last week, through a pretty deserted area of Brooklyn. As we looked ahead, we saw an enormous train engine slowly pull into the road, followed by a row of freight cars.
The train stopped, blocking traffic. Then, after lots of clanking, the engine came back across the road by itself! So big and powerful.
The guy hopped on so fast, it was kind of amazing.
The engine manoeuvered behind the cars...
Then pushed them the rest of the way across the road.
It was surreal and awesome.
I dared Greg to wave at the engineer, but he would not.
