Birds in the yard!

On the west coast they have real blue jays (not gray jays, as in the east). Check them out—they look really different:

    That would be a Stellar's Jay, almost certainly, one of my absolutely favorite birds.

    Alyx can recognize these bird by their squawk. There's a bunch of them living in the trees by in the BC Gas compound at Woodland and 2nd, if you want to see more.
