FOUND!

I don't know if you noticed, but that pom pom is rather jumbo.

    I had a red hat almost identical + was wearing it one day, walking, crossed the street (in a crosswalk, not jay-walking) + was nearly hit by a car. I got a little confrontational with the driver + yelled, "how the Hell did you not see me with a hat like this?!?!?!"
